Meet the Behavior Analyst

My name is Brianna Ponzini, and I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with over six years of experience supporting children across clinical, school-based, and hospital settings.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Marist University and went on to complete my Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an interdisciplinary focus in Autism Studies at SUNY New Paltz.

My work focuses on helping students who experience challenges with attention, task engagement, and frustration during learning. I specialize in identifying and addressing behavioral barriers that interfere with a child’s ability to access instruction and build independence.

I have extensive experience collaborating with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to develop practical, effective strategies that support meaningful progress across environments.

My approach is individualized and grounded in evidence-based behavioral principles, with a focus on increasing engagement, reducing maladaptive behaviors that interfere with learning, and helping each child build the skills needed for long-term success.
